Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to join our team in managing the
successful implementation of our healthcare software product for our clients. The
Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing the implementation process from
start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the
satisfaction of our clients. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience
in implementation management in the healthcare software industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Build an efficient team of Implementation Engineers to roll out a Hospital Management
System (HMS) in hospitals. - Define and execute an implementation process best suited for our HMS product and our
clients, from initial planning through to delivery and client acceptance. - Manage a set of concurrently running HMS implementation projects at hospitals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all project milestones are met, and all
deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our clients. - Provide project management oversight, including developing project plans, tracking
progress, managing risks, and addressing issues as they arise. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that we exceed their
expectations and deliver a high-quality product. - Manage project budgets, ensuring that expenses are tracked and managed effectively.
- Provide regular project status updates to the senior management team, highlighting an
issues or risks that may impact project delivery.
Key Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in implementing Hospital Management System in a hospital.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing
complex implementation projects from start to finish. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients,
stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. - Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams to deliver projects on
time and within budget. - Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues as
they arise. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in healthcare, business, or related field.
