We are introducing a new section for storing patient identity documents, with specific requirements based on the patient's nationality.

By this functionality, we can notify users on Product changes or any generic messages which are helpful from the Product team.

   Ex : If any Change Request/ Issues released to production and browser hard reload is required we can push notifications for some durations.

When there is a discount amount in the bill, users will not be able to directly collect the amount.

1. If the discount approval flow is disabled:
   Users can proceed to the 'Pending Bills to Collect Worklist' or access the bill through the Bill Cabinet to collect the payment.
2. If the discount approval flow is enabled:
   After the discount is approved, users can then go to the 'Pending Bills to Collect Worklist' or access the Bill Cabinet to collect the payment.

This system introduces streamlined functionality designed to minimize manual data entry efforts significantly. By enabling features such as ID card extraction for OP and couple registration, users can now automatically retrieve and populate critical details directly into the system. With tools like document selection interfaces, QR scanning, and ID proof attachment, the process ensures accuracy and reduces the time spent on repetitive administrative tasks. Moreover, features like copying individual fields or entire details with a single click further enhance usability and operational efficiency.
